Place-based education: a path towards sustainable communities is a project coordinated by SEVER (Czechia), with partners New Horizons Foundation (Romania), SOSNA (Slovakia) and DOVES (Slovenia) within the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
The project will run from December 2025 to May 2028
